Live workshop for business owners and appointed firm leaders.
Annual compensation adjustments are often a fraught process for owners, managers, and employees alike.
The Tradewinds Compensation Workshop removes the guesswork, aligns your pay structure with market expectations, and allows firms to sustainably reward excellent employee performance and progress.
During this two hour workshop, using supplied models, you will dissect your upcoming pay adjustment to produce a supportable, rational grounding for your upcoming compensation adjustments.
The framework taught in this course will also equip you to advance your compensation strategy over the next business year for those longer term changes that will ultimately establish a compensation design that integrates with other aspects of employee attraction, incentives, rewards, and retention (“AIRR”).
